I do most of my communication with families through text and email. I have 3 children though, so I may not return your email or text immediately depending on on what is going on.

As we know, weather changes quickly. I will consult anout the weather ONE DAY BEFORE THE SESSION if it looks like we could have rain/snow/extreme heat/extreme cold/etc. Generally, unless it if raining at the time of our session, we will go forward. I will bring plastic to go under the blanket to try and keep your dry, bur expect to get a little wet and muddy if it has been a wet week. “RAIN CHECKS”  will be issued for any session canceled, this is a credit issued to you, and you can select a date that works best for you. WEATHER IS NOT GROUNDS FOR A REFUND!

Booking should be done directly though this website, this is the hub of my business, all payments, availability, and information can be found here, this is the best way to ensure your experience if fluid and stress free. 

I accept all major Credit Cards, if you cannot pay by card I also accept Venmo and Cashapp. CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE. Tips are not expected but always welcome. 

I will send a sneak peek within 48 hours, your full gallery will be emailed in 14 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). You will have one week to download your images. After that time the gallery will expire. I have to pay for gallery software and additional upload time cost me extra. Repeatedly emailing, testing or messaging me does not make your turn around time move any faster, it only take my attention from being able to edit your beautiful images.

Except for emergencies (yes, sick kids count), cancellation must be 48 hours or more before your session in order to reschedule without losing your deposit. This is how I provide for my family, and I have blocked out time for you, please try to make it. Any cancelation or rescheduling made within 47 hours of your session will result in loss of deposit.
